Cancellation Policy
At Opulence Salon Suite, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness to myself and other clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling:
· 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Please text or email me.
· Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
· Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy:
· Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to reduced service time or rescheduling.
· In extreme cases, late arrival with no contact may result in cancellation of the appointment and a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
